Frequently Asked Questions
What are Sublimation transfers?
They are heat-activated prints that permanently dye into 100% (or a least 50% for a faded appearance) white or light colored polyester materials instead of sitting on top like other transfers, vinyl or decals.
Are these Sublimation Transfers Ready to Press?
Yes. Every order is fully printed and delivered ready to use, no additional preparation required.
Who are Sublimation Transfers Best For?
They’re great for beginners, crafters, small businesses, and print shops that want consistent results without printing in-house.
What Materials Work with Sublimation?
Sublimation works best on white or light-colored polyester fabrics and polymer-coated hard surfaces such as mugs, tumblers, and metal panels.
Why Don’t Sublimation Transfers Print White?
Sublimation uses dye rather than white ink, so white areas depend on the color of the substrate.
Do I need a special printer or ink?
No. That’s the benefit of ordering custom Sublimation transfers... we handle all printing for you!
Can I Order Just One Transfer?
Yes. There are no minimum order requirements.
How Long Do Sublimation Transfers Last?
When applied correctly, the design becomes part of the surface and is made to last for the life of the product.
